Mena came up with a great feature. It's called "Question of the Day." Only thing is: We don't have the back-end tools to update it every day. Not yet. We could have hedged and called it "Question of the Once-in-a-While," but that just didn't have the same ring to it.
Still, despite its slightly misnomerish name, the QOTD actually does lead to some great posts, which you can browse by clicking on "qotd" or "qotd childhood" in the Explore > Posts tag cloud.
"The what?"
We created a whole new set of pages in our recent release titled "Explore Comet." They're available on the right-hand side of the Comet homepage. If you click on "posts" you'll not only see all the most recent entries across the entire Comet universe, but you'll also see a "tag cloud" -- a bunch of words and phrases of varying sizes, enclosed in a blue box. Within that box are the most popular tags in Comet. Click on any of those words or phrases and you'll get the most recent posts tagged with that term.
So, back to the Question of the Day. Not only can you browse and read some fascinating answers, but you'll also notice inquiring Comet bloggers have already started to ask their own questions. We think that's pretty cool.
Darren: "As a child, did you ever wish you had a different name, maybe a name you wish your parents had chosen?"
Karen: "What's the worst present you ever received?"
Lilia: "What was your first concert?"
Keep those questions coming! In fact, I personally invite you to suggest you own Questions of the Day, Week, or Once-in-a-While. Comment them here, or post them on your own blog. Tag: haq (for "Here's a Question...")
