What We've Been Cooking Up...

Comments

To put it simple, love the new designs, not loving the new compose, media selector, and loading graphics...

I posted more about it here

Mena, the new themes are great. These robots make em so happy.

Robots, yay!

Either you guys can read my mind or you're REALLY fast - i just requested those exact Flickr changes two days ago! either way, great job!

Heh.

Yes, we also released mind reading as part of this code push.

:)

I'd like to see Last.FM integration as well. That's just about the only thing missing from Vox, as far as I can tell.

Yeah, I'd like to see it too!

I'm not sure where one would comment regarding 'bugs' ... but whenever you do a search for names, etc. ... the little pop-up window with results, still refers to this place as Comet.

Last.fm would be a great addition... also I have a question... are the ads intended not to display on the Compose page? I find myself accidently clicking on them when I try to scroll. :3

Hi, I'm new to Vox, but I have so many Typepad galleries - why not add Typepad to the supported photo sites (in addition to Flickr and Photobucket)?

Keep up the good work! :)

A thought on Photo Viewing. My brother has been traveling around the country and doing two things when he lands in a city. First, he uploads a bunch of photos to Ofoto and then he updates his VOX with a few choice photos from that day. One of the reasons he needs to use Ofoto is that there is no good slideshow mode in VOX to deal with a bunch of photos. It would be great to incorporate slide show mode into viewing when looking at a post with more than one photo, or when looking at a collection of photos. (I know that there are "next" and "previous" when viewing photos but I think it is hard to see and isn't contained to the images from a single post or collection).

I love VOX and look forward to it containing all my media from now on : )

Vox seems to be showing a max number of 20 flickr photos at a time. My only runaround this problem is to search using tags.

Your posting window should at least allow for HTML coding since the interface is not yet Safari friendly... I really like what I see here and look forward to migrating over to VOX, but my browser of choice is Safari. If I have to use a separate browser just to post to VOX, I may wait a little while...

Anxiously waiting...
