Vox Tip: Using Media Strips to Enhance Your Posts
If you're sharing several media items of the same type in one of your posts, such as photos from your recent vacation or your current favorite songs, you might be interested in a quick way to format those items. We suggest trying out our media strip formatting. As you might guess from the name, this means that your media items will be viewed in a strip kind of like a strip of film.
For example, our friend Maggie found the media strip option really helpful when she was writing a post to add to her high school's class reunion's private Vox group. She wanted an easy way to make a nice-looking post containing a few songs from the year she graduated along with some photos of her and her classmates.
To kick things off with some nostalgia and a little sense of humor, she
wrote a post where she quoted lyrics from popular music during her
senior year. She wanted to know how people had been since they had "come to the end of the road" of high school. She also asked that important question: "Isn't this world a crazy place? Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last." Then she let her fellow alumni know she is "the one who wants to be with you. Deep inside I hope you feel it too."
Just in case the lyrics themselves didn't trigger a walk down memory
lane, she wanted to add some audio files to her post as well.
She began by writing her post like she usually does and then she clicked the button to insert audio. She had already tagged the three files she wanted to use as "reunion", so even though she had several pages of audio files quickly got those 3 files on the same page by filtering for the "reunion" tag. She selected all three files by holding down the Shift key and then clicking the files in the order she wanted them displayed. (To see a video demonstration of selecting multiple files, take a look at Selecting Multiple Files.)
After selecting her music from Boyz II Men, Vanessa Williams, and Mr.
Big, she clicked the "OK" button and was presented with the option to
choose whether her strip of audio files would display vertically or
horizontally. She chose a vertical strip, selected the option to
display it to the right of her text and then clicked the "Insert"
button.
She further formatted the post by adding a horizontal media strip containing three photos of the high school they all attended. In just a few minutes, Maggie was able to create a nice welcoming post as the first post in her class's reunion group. Being able to group the media items made the layout of the post a breeze.

one thing though . . . when i select the images, no matter what order i click on them in, they ALWAYS appear "last, first, second, third, fourth, fifth." is there a way i can get around this and have them appear in the correct order? it'd be handy in making my updates match the actual photographed days.
Vox is definitely top notch the best out there!!
Needless to say, I lost the post. >_>0
