Vox Tip: Help Improve Vox with Your Feedback

PLEASE!!!!!

I'm REALLY hoping this was a tongue-in-cheek effort to be ironic, posting feedback in the comments section of a post on how to properly submit feedback. :-)

Even if it wasn't...you made me grin...thanks.

I must've missed that part about this 'not being proper'.

sorry.

I guess "proper" might be too strong a word..."best" might be better - thus the "The Feedback page is the best way to let us know what's on your mind" in the next-to-last paragraph.

I have seen people respond to bugs/problems in comments though, so it probably doesn't hurt, but you definitely should follow up with a feedback submission off their feedback page, too. If for no other reason than it probably provides an easier way for Vox admin to track feedback submissions and follow up on them, if they need to.
You know what would be fun: feedback on the feedback we've send... I know it's too much to doon every suggestion but if it's about something that has a bug I think that deserves a note back like "Oops, thanks for noticing, we're on it..."
I never know if my feedback is recieved or not...
(And that's why I post this here and not in the feedback ;-P )
Offline Composing ... that would be great. As good as the VOX editor is, as long as there no Cut'n'Paste of screenshots ☺

Just like in LJ: http://eolruin.livejournal.com/tag/windows+live
I'll put my /site/ feedback in for consideration through the Feedback page as you've shown.

...But you should really consider revising this post so that the 2nd to last paragraph's "The Feedback page is the best way to let us know what's on your mind" is in your introduction. Or revise the title to reflect what is essentially the point of this whole post.
I want emoticons!
Where is that hit counter?
My ChipIn button won't go to Pay Pal, you have to copy and paste the URL. Big bummer!

1.Anonymous/guests pls - we losing lots of feedback cause many dont want to register to comment

2. more personal links (current limit is 5)

3. a barometer/hit counter to check how many hits our blogs get

4. more photo based templates (maybe with some Flash)

A week ago I submitted a bug and got a response back that said "We've been able to replicate your problem. Thank you for submitting this to us."

So if you didn't get a response back, maybe it's because they didn't deem it as an actual bug, or someone else had already submitted it?
I have sent in several feedback messages and have not received any replies at all. I do not count an auto response telling me that my message can not be personally looked at as a response. I have been unable to find - anywhere in the vox system - the answers to the feedback questions that I have submitted. THere are many great things about vox, but many problems that need to be fixed too - like:

1) how come when I upload 30 pictures into a collection, the last picture displays first and the first picture displays last? All of my photos are in reverse chronology. I think this is because the vox system displays the most recently uploaded picture first. The XP uploader uploads the first picture first and the so on, so the most recent submissions are always in reverse order. I have had no response to this and there does not seem to be a way to change this odd behavior. Does anybody else have this issue?

2) I read a review of vox that said there was a way to back up the entire blog via atom stream. Yet I have not been able to find such a function in vox.

3) There is no way to change the links that appear on the navigation bar? Is this going to change?

4) Will there be any API so that I can post from a desktop client? This was a point that was alluded to in the review that I read, but upon looking around in the vox system - I have been unable to find ANY information on this subject.

Basically, I want to know the answers to these questions - that's all. It's nice to say that you like feedback, but I am sick of companies who are black holes. I keep sending my ideas and suggestions in - and nothing comes out! Why not at least post an info page with the answers of the most common suggestions.
[this is good]
I think feedback is a good idea. It gets us thinking! Any how...I have a suggestion for Vox. Why not offer up a contest? How about a scholarship contest? One where the Vox members comes up with ideas for a scholarship, and the winner receive some sort of prize & Vox supply the scholarship? Let's say ranging anywhere from $1200.00 to $4,000.00? Just an idea. And should you guys actually consider my suggestion, here is a submission to get everyone started:

Scholarship Name:
Computers & Educational software for Kids with ADHD

Description:
To give computer & educational software & services accessible to more ADHD children, an allowance of $1,200 to $4,000 is given to an ADHD child aged between 6 and 16 who are enrolled in public schools.

What does it take for someone to win your scholarship?
RANDOM DRAW CONTEST : online submissions to get applications, which would be open to all legal residents of the United States, then the random drawing would be held on a certain date.

Who is eligible?
In order for a student to qualify for this scholarship, the following criteria must be met: a) the student must be diagnosed with AD/HD by the school district, or the school must accept the diagnosis rendered by another qualified professional; b) the AD/HD must result in limited alertness to academic tasks, due to heightened alertness to environmental stimuli; c) this must result in an adverse effect on educational performance; e) the student must require special education services in order to address the AD/HD and its impact.

Additional Information
I myself being in a low-income home with a child that has been diagnosed with ADHD, and other problems, I know just how much something like this would benefit the educational assistance to my child.
