Vox Tip: Get your Tag on with Vox!
Tags are a big part of Vox, and using them can help you get the most out of your Vox experience. A tag is a descriptive keyword or label that you can add to an item, and any item you share on Vox can have tags added to it. When you use tags, you're connecting information on your own blog so that you and others can easily find it, as well as connecting to others on Vox who are posting similar content.
Let's walk through an example. Maybe you're a huge fan of Prince. You've written posts about Prince concerts you've attended and reviews of his albums. You also have other items like audio and video featuring Prince. Tagging all those items "Prince" helps you easily find any of them on your blog the next time you want to dance down memory lane. You can
click the "Prince" tag in your tag cloud or on one of your tagged items to see options to view other content with the same tag. When you're looking at all your videos (or any other item type) on your blog, you can also filter those videos by tag with the box in the upper right-hand corner to find the specific ones you want to view again.
Another great reason to use tags on your items is to bring in some visitors from Explore searches. Whenever someone is searching "Prince" in Explore, they're essentially performing a tag search, which means your Prince content will only show for that person if it's tagged "Prince".
So far, we've just focused on one specific tag, but when you're actually using tags out in the wild, you never need to feel limited to just one! Using a variety of tags helps you make multiple connections at once. For example, one post about a Prince concert might be tagged "1985, concert, Prince, Atlanta". You or anyone else can click on any of those tags to connect to related content.
Let others join the tag party on your blog by letting them tag your items too! The default is to only allow tags from yourself, but from the Posting Defaults section of the Account pages, you can choose to let others tag your items - all Vox members, your entire neighborhood, friends and family, friends, and/or family. Of course, you can always remove a tag if it it's not something you want on your blog.
You can add and delete tags from your items in a variety of places. Add or delete tags in Compose when you're creating a new post, or from the Organize tab when you're editing an old one. If you happen to be on your blog when inspiration strikes, then you can also add and delete them directly from your blog. For even more tag information and examples, check out All About Tags.
Now that you can see how easy it is to get your tag on, we hope you'll start using them if you haven't already!

I guess it's possible you're looking for a different kind of functionality. I'd be interested to see exactly what you're looking for. Perhaps you want a private/public distinction? Drag and drop functionality in the post management interface? I'm just guessing. I haven't run into a situation yet where I've needed a folder.
