Tonight, from 10:00 p.m. PT - 10:30 p.m. PT (5:00 - 5:30 a.m. UTC/GMT), we will be taking Vox offline for maintenance. During this time, you will not be able to post to Vox or browse other Vox blogs.

We understand that any downtime is disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will be posting updates to our status site, status.sixapart.com.

Does this mean that we will see any new vox features or updates? You know it's been awhile and people on my friends list have dropped like flies because they've been unhappy with the service. So maybe you ought to think about updating this place.

Maybe I'll stop getting a blank screen everytime I sign on, no matter what computer I'm on, home or work. Since you guys didn't follow through on my inquiries, I can only hope this is part of the maintenance.

I hope you'll be using this time to remove all the porn that's been popping up here lately.

Downtime is a fact of life. Scheduled downtime is much less disruptive than unscheduled!

Does Vox have any new features planned?

WHAT???? I FINALLY SET ASIDE SOME TIME AND REARRANGE MY WHOLE COMPUTER LIFE TO CATCH UP ON VOX, and it's DURING DOWNTIME????

I hope they do what sites usually do, and put it off for awhile.

I wish it's been 2007 since there have been any new features !

How can I block the porn that keeps showing up in the "Recently Favorited on Vox" box on the VoxWatch page?

Either it goes, or I go.

"Flagging as Offensive" is not an option because I have to click on the offensive post in order to flag it.

Wondering why pornography is visible even though the site that posts it isnt....

This is a larger issue than the porno. I thought the privacy settings made things....er.....private.
