It's time for another international Question of the Day and Vox Hunt event!
Today we're asking Voxers around the world to share their thoughts on summertime. Team Vox U.S., France, Spain and Japan are all running these prompts:

i have lived in two states . when i came here to America the forst state was it oklahoma i went to sitllwater is town , it has the one of the best university in united states , so i had still there to study the launguge seven months but it was so diffult to countine my saty there , therefore i decided to transfere to Ohio and also lived there seven months .
And came back to oklahoma to study in university , i did not when i treaveled from oklahoma i would have came back to oklahoma .

2007 has been a Summer of contrasing weather for us. In the UK it has been stormy and wet, but have been to Sweden in June and had great hot sunny days and just returned from Greece were even the local people were complaining about the heat.
oh, well! Summer in this year, my family are very happy, because of we have a wedding of my uncle. we waited this day in long time.
Although, I can't join travelling in Vung Tau and Nha Trang beach in this summer but I think the winter in South of VietNam Country, the sea will be also warm, hehe, I am sure i will spend my National Holiday in Vinperland Nha Trang.

I have organized three events on the summer
well with all the rain summer was a wash out for us in the UK, and just you wait we go in to the studio first week of september, a heatwave will arrive. gotta love the UK

What I did on my summer vacation (sounds like a Cheech & Chong routine, doesn't it?).
Started the summer deciding which college my daughter would go to (we made a decision).
Then celebrated by going on holiday to England for a week (we live in the USA).
Then came home so my wife could have bunion surgery.
Spent the rest of my summer playing nurse maid to my wife who is now on crutches and in extreme pain.
That's what I did on my summer vacation.
