Answers.com launched its third Creative Writing Challenge today. Think you can find a creative way to use words like praxis and mantic? All you have to do is create an original written expresssion (any form you want, 750 words max), link the pre-determined words or phrases to the corresponding Answers.com entry and post your masterpiece on your Vox blog. Then fill out the entry form for your chance to win!

This is a great way to learn some new words (or visit with old favorites) and get more traffic to your Vox blog. You might also win $100 to spend at Amazon.com! Read all the rules and enter to win at Answers.com.

exciting! I'll definitely be doing this once I get over the shock of NaNoWriMo.

Mine is going on my blog now! I need to figure out the hyperlinking thing, but it'll be available for reading while I figure that out. It's a meager attempt at a short story, but I love criticism / critique, so comment away.

Well it seems to say that you can enter from outside the US, but you won't get the prize money, only your name in the hall of fame.

I prefer money to fame! ;-)

then why isn't it clearly stated in the rules then?even if u don't get the money..

The Answers.com Creative Writing Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are over the age of 18. While residents of other jurisdictions ages 18 and up are welcome to participate in the Challenge, unfortunately, due to complexities involved in contest and sweepstakes laws of foreign jurisdictions, Answers.com cannot offer the prize gift certificate (see below) to these entrants, although Hall of Fame recognition (see below) will still be extended.

Looks good improvement at vox.com. I am new to it and I like its light color design

Don't worry about,get in and write a great story and when you win they can't with hold your cash prize and if they do you can smear their reputation until they pay,be positive and more things in life will come to you. A negative attitude will lead you to a downward spiral you might not recover from,Good Luck Roboter
