This is a good initiative. I am about to start volunteer work with a Govt. School (that means very few facilities) in our neighborhood. The penetration of PCs and Laptops is very low in India. I wish some one will help here.

I think the idea is good however ... There are alot of children that need a lot of things, laptops green or otherwise aren't nessecerily at the top of the list.

HELL NO!!!! I am not or will I ever give hand outs to africa or any other countries until my country, America takes care of it's own poor and starving. This is AWEFUL!
