Ctoon: You can view instructions on how to create custom banners and use personalized Vox blog themes on the Vox Design's blog. You can use any image editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, PaintShop, etc) to create your image.

Team Vox: I can't wait to use the new Valentine's Day themes! I've been impatiently checking your blog and the Design section for new themes in the hopes that they might have been posted early. LOL.
I'm so excited for these themes! I'm getting really impatient, as many of us seem to be, and have been checking the Design page almost every day to see if they were available yet!
